Niger Abui

Niger Abui is a native of the Atyap ethnic group of Zangon Kataf Local Government, Kaduna State, and is based in Kaduna. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the same institution. He is an art teacher, a creative photographer, a performance artist and a passionate painter. Inspired by nature and humanity, he has a special interest in abstract, landscape and figurative painting, and employs both conventional and unconventional materials.
